Resale Condition

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition with all original materials to ensure they can be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team immediately (within 48 hours of receipt if possible) with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is not defective, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Items Not as Described

If the item you received does not match its description (e.g., wrong item or wrong size shipped), we offer unconditional returns and will cover the return shipping.

Customized Products

As customized products (such as custom-sized bracelets or items with specific charm combinations) are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they are defective.

Return Time Limit

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
• If the product’s tags or tamper-proof seals have been removed or damaged, this may signify use, and we may not accept the return.

2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address. If the return meets our policy, you will be authorized to return the product.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment platform.

Special Conditions

Natural Products: Our crystal bracelets are made from natural stones. Natural variations in color, pattern, inclusions (internal characteristics), and minor surface imperfections are inherent characteristics of natural crystals. These unique qualities are not considered defects or "items not as described".
